The Optix Uni tube steel tape armoured cable is uitable for installation in the most demanding, harsh nvironments. The cable has excellent tensile trength and crush resistance characteristics and is lso  rodent proof.

The cable consists of a central jelly filled green polyester ube, with up to twenty-four optical fibres inside.
The tube is protected with kevlar strength members and hick inner corrugated steel tape armour is then applied.  black LSZH outer sheath protects the cable onstruction and is extremely resistant to the ingress of oisture.
A choice of multimode and singlemode fibre types and pecifications are offered ranging from two, up to twentyfour ibre configurations.
This tough rugged cable is ideal for all external nvironments including LAN direct burial, tunnels and  eavy-duty ducts.
